Picture of the night
Today is Yvonne's (my housemate) birthday. On account that I have been baking consecutively for the past few days, I was requested to bake a cake for her which I gladly obliged.
The cake was supposedly to be a Hungarian flourless Hazelnut cake, a recipe I scabbed from the internet but it turned out to be a flop.
The recipe was strayed and I panicked, so I had a pre-mixed chocolate brownie as back up.
When the 'cake' was ready, it didn't appear as it should be. So I DIY-ed it and it emerged as an experimental cake that turned into a almond biscuit.
Nonetheless, it was actually very good.
Everybody liked it and I personally love it too. Wow

The cake. I'm actually quite proud of myself

Birthday girl

We had steamboat in the cold. It was super shiok! There were 7 of us, the girls invited their group of super adorable friends and we had tremendous fun.

Screw You

I'm screwed!

It was a wonderful night.
Btw I just received my exam results. I did pretty well except for Chinese Politics, I expected it to be the best but it turned out the worst - a credit. I expected the worst which was Chinese, turned out to be the best - Distinction.
Life can be so weird sometimes.
And I cannot wait to hammer my Chinese politics prof - 'Old China', he altered my grades which was why I had a credit instead of my well deserved distinction! SCREW YOU
Grades as follows:
Chinese - 71
Chinese politics - 62
American foreign policy - 67
Management - 57
